
Florida panther caught on camera in Polk County

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Two Florida panthers were caught on camera by ZooTampa in the last month as part of continued efforts to promote wildlife conservation. The camera is one of 160 used by ZooTampa in partnership with the fStop Foundation to raise awareness about the Florida wildlife corridor and conservation. Most cameras are located in the South Florida region, near the Everglades, Florida Panther National Wildlife Refuge, Big Cypress, and along the wildlife corridor, ZooTampa said.
